Visualizing Het Hof in Zevenaar: Tender Renderings Assignment
We were commissioned to contribute our 3D renderings expertise to enhance the design proposal for Tender Het Hof in Zevenaar, Netherlands, crafted by a collaborative effort of opZoom architecten, Buro Poelmans Reesink Landschapsarchitectuur, Koopmans, and Walvoort Ontwikkelaars. Our task was to produce four high-quality architectural visualizations within a tight timeframe of 10 working days, allowing for two revision rounds. Our dedicated team consisted of two skilled CGI artists supported by a project manager.
The Zevenaar tender offered a unique opportunity to present sustainable architecture blended with a landscape design through cutting-edge 3D rendering technology. It consists of approximately 130 houses, varying between ground-access homes and apartments.
